What we process
When you upload a PDF, we store the file, technical metadata, extracted content and operational records required to provide the service. Projects are private by default.
How we use it
We use the document only to validate it, extract its structure, enable review and generate the publication you request. We do not use customer documents for training or internal evaluation without separate, explicit consent.
Providers and retention
Cloudflare hosts data and metadata; Google Cloud runs processing; Firebase manages access; Polar handles payments. In AI mode, structural excerpts may be sent to the configured provider. Deleting a project removes its publication immediately and purges source and derivatives within 24 hours, except required financial or security records.
Your choices
You can download, unpublish or delete projects from the platform. Use the contact page for personal-data questions.
